Source SDK

[Dr. Knocker's[DAM]]

Hey fellas, I just downloaded Source SDK, and it worked, says 100% ready in Steam and stuff, but when I try to run it, it makes the window saying, "Launching Source SDK" (or something like that) but then the window dissappears and nothing happens. Any ideas?

I have seen this as a very common problem with steam apps, not just SDK. What you want to do is go to www.steampowered.com and search their forums for the phrase you typed in here. You should find multiple posts, not only from other members but I believe from Valve with fixes. When you find a page that helps post it back in here for anyone else who may have a similar problem.

i came with the same problem.

try this i found it on one of the forum posts:

all you do is go to set launch options and type

-engine ep1


it worked for me
