So I just woke up to find that my CPU idles around 15-18C with stock cooler and only a slight overclock (see my sig) and my harddrive is at 19C.
So, out of curiosity, what temps are you guys' computers at?

My CPU idles around 19c. So for an overclocked CPU, those temps are really good.

Q6600 G0 @ 3.0 idling at around 26C with aftermarket cooling. Full load it is around 58C

wow your guys' temps make mine seem amazing, especially since its not with aftermarket cooling, or thermal compound. I mean, I have some, just not Arctic Silver or somethin'.

Then what do you have that makes it so cool? Or is your ambient temperature just that low?>

stock cooling no OC i idle bout 25-26, full load is 40-42. with my old micro atx case it was at 50-52 load....huge drop.

I'm guessing his Ambiant temp is low, seeing that his hard drive is also at a rather low temp(assuming it's 7,200RPM).

Or he might have that CPU stepping thing that downclocks the CPU when its idling for power-saving reasons. Idk about you guys but i turn that off so mine runs at constant OC speeds all the time.

Im on a Q6600 G0 @ 3.6 ghz didn't check my idle temps but mine loads at about ~60C

yea, my room is pretty chilly. and its a WD 320GB 7200RPM harddrive.
I live in the northwest, so its always rainy and cold. outside temp is probably around 10-15C, I'm too cold to check

whoa, calm down.
I woke up this morning and found it at 12C.
12C on stock air cooling
amazing. :D

no, I turned that off.
its always at 3.15GHz, I turned off the annoying AMD C&C.

Huh, my computer idles at −273.15 ?C. Why do you guys run so hot?

If I take a camera into the room where my computer is kept, the camera will freeze instantly. So, no pictures. Just trust me.

I idle at 10-12 *C and load at around 30*C on the CPU, the GPU is quite a bit hotter.
