Any chance of this happening?

The contest maps for the payload race and assault cp look pretty good, and i was wondering is any of them would ever be used in the tf2 eGO servers? I have played some of them, and some of them are really good. Its just a suggestion.

They could be used, we are always looking for new maps.
 
I've played just about everyone of those contest maps. I've noticed that the CTF Maps are too stacked against red.

As for the PLR's, I think its a good idea to add at least one or two of them. All of them are very good maps in my opinion. Not stacked at all.

Thats why PLR, 2CTF and 5 CPs are great. They are automatically balanced, since the map is symmetrical.
 
I agree, I at least think we should play some of them during events sometimes :), I also think a few should be added to the Payload server as it is in drastic need of more maps.
 
Ya, i guess ur right about the cp ones... kinda stacked.. but i LOVE plr_panic. Really think that should be added... and most of the time the eGO payload server is mostly empty :( but i would really like if some1 could add those to map rotation, and i dont think :confused1: that we have a payload race server...
??? be fun to add. one more question... who would i go to to see if these can be added?

I remember seeing a map where you get around via zepplin. It is a CP map and these balloons carry your team, let you spawn on them, and have a dispenser built in. I wish I could remember the name.
 
ctf_haarp, vector, and snowdrift are a lot of fun. i didnt notice any imbalances or have any problems defending . =)

i think some of the maps are stacked against blue with too many health packs in defensive positions. i'm not sure any of the maps are finished completely though
 
HAARP is the best ctf map according to most pubs, so yeah fire that one up. There has been a voting thread (now closed) so you can sift through to see what people think of different maps, and how they're rated before/if you wanna put them up.
