Out of the game at the moment

Let me get to the point. Two days ago, windows vista completely locked up on me. I ended up downgrading to xp for the time being. Because my computer completely locked up on me, I couldn't backup any files. I have decided on upgrading to windows 7 (I'm doing it as I post). I'm gonna download steam and Counter Strike asap so that I can get back on. My download speed is terrible (max dl speed:130kbps ) so I'm not sure when I'll be back on.
