Back in the before times, i always went by Murphy. Back when i was a kid and even today Robocop is still one of my favorite movies. I used this name for every video game that would let me.



Years later when Sealab 2021 was just staring up i was playing some CSS and my usual style of running into oncomming fire when everyone else was running away provoked a pub to tell me "Hey why dont you change your name to Stormy instead of Murphy because you always storm in and die!!"-- I did and ive stuck with this name ever since (With minor alterations).

I took my name after our beach landing at Chu Lai, Viet Nam. Our hope was to free South Vietnam from the communists. We made the beech landing like Knights in our shining armor.

t0shin = Japanese Fighting God... pronounced toh-sheen. I have the 0 as my o, because I hated hearing it pronounced tah-shin.

Back in the old days of college and beer, I played alot of Tekken, and at Tekken 3's release, the Japanese version had Toshin as the main boss (changed to Ogre for the U.S. release). Since I thought I was some kind of tough guy back then (see: beer) and I efficiently destroyed my friends at Tekken, it became all of my PC game avatar's names. I'm not Japanese (I'm 6'7" with blue eyes) but I am fascinated by the Japanese culture.
