Everyone look at my crappy internet speeds! Don't try and tell me "Speeds change every time you take the test". WRONG!!! Thats my speed all the time! Now I ask, could you say that this is "A bit better than dial up?"

btw, im leaving it like that so don't ask for updates. Its not gonna change anyway.

1.07mbps = 1095.68kbps

dial up = 56kbps (but you usually get 30-40kbps)

1.07mbps = 19.57x faster than 56k

@ KillZone

85down/1up is okay, but for those numbers you would expect to see 10+up what's the deal with that eh? 1 computer on the line and all you do is torrent?

uh... yea i only get about 130kbps max out of that 1095.68 so its actually closer to 2-3 times faster lol

Well that all depends on what servers you are connecting to, a lot of download sites and whatnot restrict each users bandwidth to something around there so that everyone gets the same speeds and whatnot.. the closest I've gotten to my speedtest number was 2mbps on a random web site download. I usually get 400-900kpbs everywhere else.

Maybe you should change providers?
