I benched 275 2 1/2 times once when i was 21........I think it still hurts to this day.

I'm one of those "what's the point of lifting something that doesn't need to be moved?" people :P

run a 40 yr. dash in 5.6 seconds.

5'10" at 140 LBS here, I play soccer so I don't train my upper body much besides a good amount of push-ups and some pull-ups/chin-ups.

How old are you? I played soccer all through high school and made my university's college team, but didn't play.

Upper body is more important than you think. A lot more important than you think. Then again, I was a defender who wasn't afraid to get physical lol.

My senior year I benched 200, I know that much.

I've been working out twice a day lately, protein shake at meals, protein bar after working out. I weigh 170lbs now, I'm hoping to gain 10-15lbs of muscle by doing all this stuff.

It also helps to watch what you eat. I don't eat out, no pop / candy / sweets / junk food. Helps out a bunch.

Last time I maxed was the end of my senior year (almost a year now) but then:

bench : 205
squat: 295
dead: 365
trap: 415
PC: 145

Beyond this i did mostly core work, not much heavy lifting just reps. I was a runner and endurance guy -- hense why my legs are so beastly.....
