he could buy the biggest beast card all he wants, its probably going to be bottlenecked hard by the other specs...so just get what you can afford, any suitable replacement and not necessarily an upgrade

I was just making a recomendation, the 3850 agp is a bit pricy in my mind

i think your best bet would be the 4670 if its out of your buget then maybe 1950pro or something. But you should try getting a decent psu with more then 18amps

Get the Corsair PSU with the 52amp 12v rail it works wonders i won't have to upgrande this thing forever, only good if you have 1 card putting 2 cards on it might strain the PSU unless they are cards that only need 20-25amps each. (It only has 1 12v rail)
