I don't know where else to put this. It's something that happened over my country, Norway. Nobody knows what this is, but it sure looks amazing, doesn't it?

It's a spiral in the sky with something blue looking like fire coming out of it.

I don't know if it's a photoshop or an image projected onto fog or something like that. If it's a photoshop it's pretty attentive in keeping the power line visible.

While not flowing with journalistic integrity, the Daily Mail is still big enough to confirm this...though they seem to be the only ones.

The eGO Ministry of Defense has confirmed that this is indeed the case. According to the BBC, the missile was fired from the Dmitry Donskoi submarine in the White Sea and malfunctioned when the third stage engine failed.
