This is amazing!

My theory (which you will laugh at me for) is that we saw a black hole being created, and then destroyed, which supports the theory that a black hole would lose the required gravitational force as it increases in size. The spiral like object in the middle would seem only to be the visible accretion disk before visible light was taking in by the gravity well. The blue tail would seem to be an extragalactic jet, another feature that is commonly theorized to be a part of black holes. When the hole in the middle started to increase in size, there was definitely some gravitational lensing appearing, before the visible light disappeared.

Say what you want about my theory, but until a better one comes up, I'm sticking to it. I don't buy the failed missile explanation. It makes no sense, the light was stationary, and a failed missile would have the inertia to continue moving.
 
More evidence for my above Black Hole theory:

I watched two videos taken from separate points of view, in one the spiral was circular, in the other it was an ellipse, meaning that it was a flat disk, not a sphere. A failed missile would have created a sphere. This further helps the argument that it was actually a Black Hole accretion disk. Also, the only spirals that occur in the universe are made by gravity. This phenomena was obviously a gravitational one, not something that a missile caused.

It was just the gases... they stay up there for a while, and the missle probably spun and sprayed it everywhere.. could have been a slow leak or something while it was spinning. Million other reasons that could have gone wrong and created that with a missle.

I support my theory. The formations seen fit every known characteristic of one, not theorized by me, but actual credible scientists have come up with these characteristics. Also, I am not the only one who believes that this was a black hole.

That image is from NASA, and it depicts the same thing we see in the original picture. Note how the jets and the disk have spirals on them. Due to the fact that is was definitely a disk type creation in the air, and there was a jet coming from the middle, I'd say that a black hole is more likely than spinning gas staying stationary for over 2 minutes.

Yep, the spiral has the characteristic of a black hole...in that they both spin.

You do realize that if it were a black hole:

A. It would have been confirmed by now as one.
B. It would be conformable because we would all be dead.

That spiral that was over Norway was what...at the most 10km or 15km in diameter. The gravitational well of a black hole is roughly the diameter of a large star. The jet of matter that would come out of a black hole would be able to cover the whole earth and probably take the moon with it.
 
The gravity well of a black hole does not have to be incredibly large, there are microscopic black holes as well, so I'm sure there are some in between. Also, we wouldn't have to die because the energy in a black hole obviously is not infinite as is normally believed (otherwise, how would we have a universe?). It would eventually destroy itself as it attracted more mass, its the same principle for how anionic radii are bigger than the normal radii. As more mass is in the field, the farther out it will stay, due to less gravitational pull on all the mass around it.

As for the video about the rocket, it makes more sense that what I heard before about the rocket, but there are still a few things I don't understand. In the video, it shows a giant helix being created, not like a disk which is what actually was created. And how, did the thing stay stationary in the air? If it was spiraling out of control, it wouldn't have the stability to stay in one place. The behavior of something that had no stability would be much more erratic than what was shown. Also, if it was spewing matter, wouldn't it slowly shrink in size, instead of deteriorate from the middle? As there was less matter, there would be less being thrown out far as it wore down, not just an abrupt stop.
