Yes, it's true, my STEAM account with CS:S, CSCZ, CS1.6, DOD, DOD:S, TF2, HL2 (And EP. 1 and 2), Portal... all gone... I just want to swear sooo really bad right now and hit someone with something really hard... :/

You will if you post proof its yours. However, any VAC bans the hacker received will be upheld. If he cheats in INS you will be banned in all source games. TF2/CS/INS/DOD. It bans by game engine, not particular game.
