Well i restart my computer i open mozzila firefox it works. Then i close it and i try to re-open mozzila firefox but it doesnt open. I dont get it...

It possible that the firefox program hasnt fully closed out of ram yet before your trying to open it back up.

What is the time difference between your closing and re-opening?
