My 24" monitor was $140 on black friday sale from newegg. I love it.

That looks like an excellent monitor, all hp products ive bought work very well, and have lasted long.
I sprung for a 28 inch one and im so happy i did it. Almost any monitor over 20 inches really makes games come alive and look amazing.

Congrats, what are you upgrading from?

A 17" LCD that was dying and randomly shutting off. (Yes I did check to make sure all the cords were plugged in correctly....)
