what headset should i get that is under 50 dollars with shiping, i was thinking about one of these:

i personally love my creative fatal1ty headset. Its very durable and has lasted over a year for me. Its sounds quality is pretty solid and i havent had any complaints about my mic either. I also prefer headsets with plugs for in your sound card over usb. but thats just me

If you have a sound card or a decent onboard sound card then 3.5 mm audio jacks are the way to go. If you have terribad onboard sound then you might want to go USB as it will come with it's own built in USB sound card.

If you still aren't sure (i.e. are using onboard sound), feel free to post your motherboard and we can better inform you.

I think the Creative Fatal1ty are the better choice.....i use a Steelseries though

alright i found my onboard sound card it is a realtek alc 888

Go with the Creative. It looks more comfortable than the other one. And if they're both 30... comfort > the negligible (potential) sound quality increase.

Then I would stick to 3.5 mm jacks, that's a decent sound card.
