Blur, graident maps + color overlays, small dots with outter glow, smudge + shapen.

Also the c4d's, graident maps have differnt visual effects like linear dodge and soft light.

Oh and its not actually a lense flare, its a large 0% sharp white and pink brush thats gots its opasticy turned down.
