I won a DLink DGL-4500 router from DLink

So, about a month ago I took a servey on dlink's website for something (I don't remember what it was about), with a chance of winning a new DLink DGL-4500. I figured, "why not?"and took the quiz. I finished it and was prompted with "You have been entered in to win ... " etc. After that I forgot about it.

Well, after a few days I got an email from a "Andrew Hoang, Product Launch Manager, D-Link Systems Inc." congratulating me on winning a new router and asked for my address. I became excited and sent him my address immediately.

It wasn't until today that I finally got the package, and realized that I had actually won a DLink DGL-4500. :drool:

I guess now I can't blame lag on my poor gaming skills.

if you live within a 400mi radius of me i could probably pick up your connection from that beast XD
 
Congrats ! That thing is sick looking. Nice having Gbit WAN... if you live outside the .us lol.
 
lol i like the sticker that says STOP! that made me laugh,

but otherwise that is awesome :). and i heard you talkin bout this in vent yesterday, and thats awsome i gotta start taking them surveys :)
 
You know you're a geek when you take a picture of the box of a router that you just won from a company that sent you a free router that retails for $200.
 
I got one too. From that exact survey as well... Other than the fact it didn't communicate with my XP setups, it works great... Thanks again, Dave!
