Hello,
So I had joined this awesome community a couple weeks back, so and I have seen some notes saying "You will be noticed on vent" so I had typed in the vent stuff and i logged in..
then this message shows up:
"Failed to get specified Codec.
The client platform currently supports Speex codec. The server and/or channel is Configured to use 'GSM 6.10' codec."
This has disabled me from talking, or hearing people talk.

So i think it has to do with the fact that i use a Mac X pro (Crossover ftw ) So i was curious who the vent admin was, and if they could possibly change it so that Mac users can hear and talk
If you tell me about the question box thingie where something gets sent to your email account i have done that and 2 weeks later and i still do not have a response

Look for the "Speex" channels - those are Mac friendly

i thought if you just download the mac client then it would work?
i know ppl that use macs and they never have problems...

guess i was wrong.

Yes but the entire Ego channel won't work for me, and I want to actually be able other people in it because of the certain scrimmages that are happening
editk only SOME of them are working, but could we please make it so that the scrim slots are available for macs please D:
