Laptop apps

Just got a new toshiba a300 laptop and I was wondering what are some cool freeware programs to download. I have photoshop 2.0 and a couple of virus scanners but that is about it.

why a couple of virus scanner, one isn't enough?

One of my fav apps is Winamp for playing mp3. If you wan't to go deeper with photo retouch, I recommand you get Photoshop CS3 or 4. Download Firefox as your web browser.

btw yea i like to have 3 virus scans can never be to careful.

i recomend going through the files to see fo any fun things to play around with

Specs? If you have Vista I recommend Blender. It's a 3d modeling program.

Please tell me you only have 1 AV program running at a time....you must have some serious processing issues if your running more as they will fight each other.
