Size: 340x130 is fine.
Text: I've like to have my name Blindy with the e tag centered under the image. I'm not sure about the quote, but it could be something to with my name. Whatever your creative mind comes too.
Theme: I'd like it to be a Day Of Defeat Source image with my name centered, in blue as said above.
Render or Image: Anything you can find, be creative.
Colours: Totally upto you. Surprise me
