ok im runnig Vista home prem. x-64
graphics area intel G45/43 integrated graphics
ram is a 4gb
HDD is a 32ogb

but my main question is can i play Flight Simulator X and still be able to use the jet way and other stuff but also have good FPS

Yeah FSX is pretty demanding for GPU and CPU power, only way to know for sure is to download the demo for free and try it out that way.

If there's a demo, download and try it. But I can't see you getting good performance out of an integrated video card.

Microsoft Flight Simulator X System Requirements said:
  • Microsoft? Windows? XP SP2 / Vista
  • PC with 1 GHz equivalent or higher processor
  • 256 MB of system RAM for Windows XP SP2 / 512 MB Vista
  • 14 GB available hard disk space
  • DVD-ROM drive
  • 32 MB DirectX 9 compatible video card required
  • Sound card, speakers or headphones required for audio
  • Microsoft Mouse or compatible pointing device
  • 56.6 Kbps or better modem for online play

Looks like it would work to me. Probably won't be the best, but it should run.

it would work by starting up but the gameplay will be so slow cause it's real demanding on CPU and GPU. your gonna need to upgrade your GPU if you want to play it smooth

The game was released in 06. His onboard video can run DirectX 9 and he definitely has 32MB of his 4GB to spare for the GPU. Looks to me like it will work fine.
