same here, used to play mainly turn based strategy like civ games, rise of nations but started playing the original medal of honor games then discovered the pure joy of bf franchise starting with 1942 and have been playing the fps genre since, cant wait to get 1943 for pc and bf bad com 2.

yep had it when it came out it was epic back then be4 graphics devaloped like it is today like dirt 2 graphics in dx11 AMAZING cant stop palying it. also dose anyone have battlefeild vietnam that was also a great classic.

I own all of the BF series games exept BF1943. I just reinstalled BF2 Haven't played 1942 in years though. I suspect you mean 1943 for this poll. I would by this game fo sho if we had a division and servers. Bad Company 2 should be out soon. I hope it's as good as BF2 in the multi player arena.

of course i got it. that's where my online gaming started! I would love to play it again if eGO gets a server.

I am going to agree with a previous post(don't know who's srry), it was a great game back when it was farely new and even when BF2 was getting old it was still great. But then hackers ruined it and server admins were never online. I stopped playing it and moved on to CSS, then to COD, and here we are.
