Web site help

[Muscles89]

I am looking for some help in possibly "spicing" up a website that I run for my snowmobile club. I currently use Frontpage 2000 as my design software, and basically do my set-up in WYSIWYG, I don't know html. I use Dreamweaver 4 to publish it to the sites hosting server. I have some of the titles of pages designed in Photoshop, but I am by no means a Photoshop guru.

If anyone would like to help me out, you can PM me and I will get you the site address.
