demo.dem .. what program opens *.dem files?

What software or decoder do i need to watch the *.dem file?

anyone?

They are played from inside the game they were taken in. Probably DOD:S in this case.

All you need to do it right click the .dem file select open with, choose hl2.exe, check the box that says make this the default to open, and your set.

Next Time you click the file it will start the loading and jsut sit back and wait.
