Hey guys, I got my computer built last week, but had some hardcore troubles posting. I finally got it to a couple times and everything worked fine (after boot-up I mean). I was playing COD4 for a few hours and my brand new GTX260 started artifacting, at stock settings. Completely stock settings. So I did a BurnInTest and got 14000 errors in ten seconds of a VRAM test. Well, I decided to let it chill over night. So I went back the next morning and did the tests again, no errors at all on anything.

So I went back to some COD4 action, and after about 30min had major artifactinga gain. Well I sent my card in for an RMA Tuesday morning, and I'm still having troubles posting.

I contacted Foxconn the first time and they said the LED Debugger wouldn't light up if it wasn't getting enough power (I had the board power cable with NO slack at all, so I rearranged it and no it has plenty. It worked). Well I'm still getting problems with it. I mean, if the LED doesn't light up, it doesn't post. Simple as that.

I'm thinking it's my PSU. It's an AzzA Dynamo 850w. I was going to use a friend's PSU, but his is only 4x2 or something like that, and I need 8x2.

From the sound of it, does it sound like the PSU? That's my first question. Second one; where can I buy a new PSU, test my computer, and take the PSU back the next day saying I found a better one for cheaper? I was thinking BestBuy, but am not really sure. Basically, I need a 500w+ PSU to test it, but don't have any intentions of keeping it.

Are those voltages normal? The -12v and -5v are waaaay off.

If you have a Fry's nearby... can give that a shot.. does sound like a power issue... They can really start hogging it during gameplay and w/o enough power they can quickly overheat ( if you know anything about voltage you know how this plays in)... Need to check on temps too.. temps cause artifacting as well... Dont know if best buy would have a power supply high enough to test but u can give them a call and check on their policies.. couldnt hurt.

I'd still check temps first.. thats just me tho
