Pink Skins?

For some reason one of my downloaded skins (Axis Support to be specific) shows up as being pink checkered in first-peron and world-view. Anyone know why this happens and/or how to fix it?

Isn't pink checkered the server default for a missing skin? It must mean its either corrupted or not installed properly.

this is because the v_models are in plaver, and the v_bar (for example) are not in place. in ur dod folder, models -> weapons.. THOSE are not in place, and vice versa,

something is wrong with it then.

no no...you need to go back and delete some files.

go to

C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\(your account)\day of defeat source\dod\models\weapons

and delete all your mp44 files. - that means ANYTHING with the word mp44 in it.

once your done with that, redownload them and it should work
