Hello, I have some same problems like that. But i can't fix mine.

When your computer crashed. It gives a blue screen, at the screen you can read some helpfull information.

Somewhere you see: 0x............ write these number and letters down.
Somewhere you also see ...... .sys write that name down also.

now go to google and fill in one of these 2 things. You prob get information about something.
for example .... internet... or.... videocard. Then you know where your problem is. Its way easier to fix it then.

Btw post that information here too. Maby we can help you with it.

Goodluck

P.S. If your computer atomaticly restart when get blue screen, tell me, there is something to fix that.

yeah the blue screen is only up for a second.. i dont have time to read the info u suggested.

Start --> Control Panel --> System --> Advanced tab --> startup and recovery --> uncheck the box with the text: automaticly restart. Under the text system failure.

Hope this works;)

i got the info.. but ima try reinstalling BF2 before i type it all out.. let u know!

yeah i can launch the game now but it blue screens whenever i try to join a server or play it... im thnkin its my power supply.. i only got like a 550 and i got a quad core system.. i had a feeling it would come back to haunt me eventually.

Go to C:\Windows\minidumps and upload those files.

I can't make sense out of what they say, but I can find out what failed(I think). Someone else here could probably make sense of it all too.

Or gives the codes like i said before. The blue screen gives a file and a 0x........ code.
gives these 2 names.

0D1 usually is a bad driver, but it could be bad RAM too. I would try testing the RAM with memtest86 or something similar and see what the results are.

go to this website: http://www.memtest86.com/

then download --> then the first one.

Then download a free image burner and put that file you downloaded from the website on a CD.

Restart your computer and the computer will automaticly start the CD ( if you burned it right ).
It can take a while. See if it gives any errors.
