Promotion Recommendations:
It has come to my attention that there are people coming to eGO ranked admins asking for them to post promotion recommendations on them. This is NOT what the drop box was created for.
We rely on you guys to give us suggestions on promotions, but it is just plain pathetic that people are asking eGO ranked admins to post recommendations. If someone is ASKING you to post a recommendation for them - dont. A promotion recommendation should only be posted if a person truly deserves it. Does a person deserve it if they have to ask their friends to recommend them? The same thing can also apply for award recommendations.
This also ties in with the most recent thread posted by Eje (
http://edgegamers.org/forums/showthread.php?t=113758). If you are going to try to "fix" the promotion process and trade recommendations with someone, you will end up in a channel with myself or Eje.
Take this as your warning. If this crap pertains, you will find yourself in a ventrilo channel with leadership.
