Can't log onto inferno server

So I get this weird problem. I have no problem with any other ego servers but once they made the new changes, I can't log onto the inferno server.

My connection says "sending client info" then it switches to about 1 sec of the game, then back to "sending client info" then about one sec of the game and back and forth in an infinite loop. It almost seems like what happens when you enter a lag spike and you only hear one part of a sentence as it "chugs" through the game time like this:

Bom- ->
"sending client info" ->
-b has ->
"sending client info" ->
been ->
"sending client info"
Plant- ->
"sending client info"
-> eddddd ->
"sending client info"

and back and forth between those 2 screens; the game screen and the "sending client info" screen with the loading bars. I've noticed though that the bars sit at about 85-90% completed and stay there through this endless series of screen switching. It won't let me press the cancel button to get out of the loop and I end up ctrl+alt+del to shut down the game. Any ideas?

I have no problem with any of the other servers but this one server is weird.
