Greatest thing that happened to you during 2009

Well, I was just wondering from all of you. What is the greatest thing that happened to you in 2009?

Mine was on June 17. I was in downtown Valparaiso and I found a 50 dollar bill. I picked it up and found who dropped it. I gave it to her and she said, "Oh thank you so much. This was my money for my husband's birthday present. Here, you can have this 20 instead of the 50."

I know it sounds cheesy, but that really happened. I felt happy and shocked at the same time. So what is your best thing in 2009?

Mine would have to be switching careers. I used to be in the union as a commercial carpenter buidling high rises in downtown Chicago. Now I switched to working union at a power plant. Jobs are alot more secure with the utility companies. I love it and don't have to worry about getting laid off.

Having fun and doing what I do, but then again as the year is ending... it seems like 2009 is getting worst. I can't wait for 2010,2011 etc. Hoping for a better year!

Best thing that happend to me, would be that i re-established contact with my X, whom im still in love with, and we are now good friends

In June My youngest sister got married and I gained the coolest brother-in-law in the world. It was very cool.

I'll never forget, as she was walking down the isle I was starting to tear up...then she made a funny face (at my brother-in-law) and everything was ok. My dad later said that at the back of the Church he was starting to tear up, but she was being goofy and stopped it for him too.

In one week, I won a router from D-link, WWE wrestling tickets to a live event from a local radio, and another set of tickets to a hockey game from another local radio station.
