Corsair Hydro H50 Water Cooler

I never really ever wanted liquid cooling, air cooling is fine for me, my NH-D14 does everything I want it to. As long as someone isn't using a push-push fan configuration, cooling would be fine. Hell, you can stick to a stock cooler and still be fine.

liquid cooling lets you do some narrssttyy things with overclocking though.......tames CPU temps at extreme overclocks which lets you get that high

Real liquid cooling lets you do this, not the H50. Its temps are worse than what I get with my NH-D14.

im overclocking a bit on my Q6700 at 3.1 and im fine temps are barely different on idle and under load maybe 1-3celcius more :P

yea i know lol.......i've said from the start like the first post that the H50 doesn't perform as well as a high end air cooler, barely any of the all-in-one liquid cooling solutions do

Im stuck between getting a $200+ swiftech water-cooling setup or an NH-D14 and saving the money towards my purchase of a 5970/5950 when the price is right

Im leaning towards the NH-D14 because i feel it will cool my Q6600 @ 4.0ghz fine (when i get it to that OC) and its less of a hassle.....and the money saved over water-cooling is nice
