Well.. I had CSS installed on my computer but then it randomly went poof I was thinking because my brother logs into a diff steam account as well. This happened way before I had windows 7 as well all my games on steam went poof (alot). Any suggestions?

If the games aren't showing up in your list you will have to redownload them. If they aren't showing up in your list it probably means your brother uninstalled the games from inside of his account.
Different accounts still use the same local game content.

This does not solve everything. If CS:S is not on your PC anymore then redownload it.

If your brother thought ''hey what's this?'' and uninstalled it from his account, it'll be gone on yours too.
Is it not in your ''uninstalled'' list anymore?
Cause if it's not, you should contact steam with a ticket.
