There are a lot of people spreading this. Its going to happen think of it this way.

A lot of people are not playing because of the IWNet failure.

I do NOT know for sure. A lot of people have been telling me this. Do NOT rely on my comment saying they are. This is a rumor from the MW2 general community

They invested too much into IWnet to not use it.


And I just played a S&D match and went 15-0.

First the 5 killstreak gave me a predator, and I used it and killed the entire team (have to wait 7 seconds during a respawn to eliminate spawn trapping). Then that put me to 11 kills which is a chopper gunner and killed the guys who didn't rage quit. I love when a game gives me the shakes.

My brother bought the game and im glad he did. Its very fun and the matchmaking system isnt bad at all. Ive never played with hackers/spammers.

Well the game is definitely good at single player although the missions are quite short.Anyway,I think that I.W. should include these dedicated servers in multiplayer.I hear many MW2 players complaining about it(including me).It was not a good idea(for me).I also believe that CoD4 multiplayer has a better gameplay than MW2.

I got it for the PS3 ( ZOMFG CONSOLE GAMING?)
It's not bad, but I feel it has been "jerked" a bit for newer players. All the assault rifles have no real sway and the recoil is next to nothing. Same with the sniper rifles, it's only four now and they're mostly rapid firing, one shot kill rifles. Then you have the chopper gunner, worst kill-streak ever. Of all time. It's a instant nuke.
But overall better then MW1. LOL

It's great for consoles, I have it for PS3 but I mean no dedicated servers for PC got me down. My first intention was to buy it for PC but no dedicated servers

I was in a meeting with Competition people. I did not say I was in a meeting with IW. Im pretty sure IW would not go in a meeting with a competition league. We had the meeting and what was talked what this.

1) Rumors going on around the MW2 community of Dedicated Servers
2) How the IWNet is effecting the competition leagues.


Also, When I seen a post about the dedicated servers, it wasnt from Infinity Ward themselves. It was in a gaming community forum where stuff is talked about.

im playing S&D HC and normal S&D i always get like 5-6 kills but i dont lvl up fast >.<
im playing with different weapons and get like 1 of those mastery things every other battle
idk lol
my friend with who im playing with, are in like 4th prestige and im still in the first regular lvl up....
oh well..i get arround 1500-2000 pts / round (not s&d) and they get like 3000-3500

I am currently level 40 and are playing heaps or S&D and level really fast also, if you looking for competitive play go to cybergamer.com.au but thats only if you want to play with Australians, and then go into the clans for MW2 many are recruiting

5-6 kills is good on S&D.

Usually when you get good streaks, or just a single kill, your match bonus will go up alot. And the games go by fairly quick, so that's another reason it's faster.

Best way to level up is demolition. You get huge match bonuses and they really are just killing sprees.

Yeah demolition is really good too.

Headquarters is another, because if you have a good team to back you up, you'll be racking up the points.


I was pretty amazed to see Ground War and TDM points were awfully low. I only play them to unlock attachments on guns or almost a guaranteed Nuke on Ground War.
