TF2 Backpack Malfunction

anyways i dont know whats wrong i own the Direct hit and buff banner for sure. i got the achievements. It shows in my Solider Weapon Pick slot, BUT not in my Backpack. i tried reconnecting, leaving steam, restarting comp, and other servers, and dying
