New video ads?

There are video ads on my screen on the footer of the site.

No I am positive that it is the footer ad of the eGO website. I don't get any pop-up ads.

I'm all for raising money for the clan as I donate every so often, However the video ads are really annoying especially when you open multiple tabs. You have to go from tab to tab searching for the video. Anyone know how to or know of any plugins that disable these? (No the fact that I don't see them will not effect the advertising to eGO)

Firefox or Chrome have an extension called Ad-Block Plus i think

It works well for me

I found this random guy on Youtube and his filters have ALOT of ads blocked.

After you install Ad Block Plus, just click the instantly subscribe thing on that page.


If I'm not mistaking though, it's better for ego if you don't have an ad blocker.

Yeah, and it's better for eGO if they don't have MULTIPLE ads with audio at once. Makes me want to stop visting the site(and I will if it continues).

If the ads on eGO are bothering you, just click the icon on the right of them to mute. The "log onto EarthShare" one usually is the main one and there is no audio to it.

I see video ads all the time, from like youtube that do have audio I then have to search through all the tabs to see what is making the sound.
