You just want to save it, so you can select to open it in game. Try saving it to your Desktop, or My Documents. You can do this by either clicking it, or right clicking, click save link as and choose somewhere to save it.

do i have to download something? im ussing google crome BTW and it just keeps asking for the internet to find the programe or if i wantt o select the programe

You don't open it. You go to Options in Counter Strike (or whatever game), and Import Spray.

As far as I can tell, transparent sprays on TF2 have to be VTF files. I'll take another look.

It does work, it needs to be in this folder

C:/Program Files/Steam/steamapps/username/team fortress 2/tf/materials/VGUI/logos/

Navigate to there, place it in there, and it should work.
