You really have a thing for pizza, don't you? I'm one of those picky eater kids who doesn't eat his crust (unless it's stuffed), so I went with hand-tossed. It makes a nice handle.

Thin hands down. When you have thick crust, it takes time to eat it and I'm not wasting time eating crust when I could be eating pizza.
