Its because you are uploading it instead of using the "embed image" options. Follow this:

1. click:
   
   
   
   
2. 
   Edit Signature
   
   
   
3. Click on this icon:
   
   
   
   
   
4. And paste the URL for the image then just click "OK" and "Save Signature"

Done.
