Im a big fan of the gundam series. my favorite is probably g-gundam but its set in a differant century than rest of the gundam series... wow in the future. just finished watching Zeta Gundam a few weeks ago.

When I used to watch anime, I loved the shows Eureka 7, FLCL, Air Gear, and Death Note. Recently I watched Fruits Basket because my girlfriend wanted me too... It actually wasn't that bad lol

Wow to many to list but here is a few in no real order.

Cowboy Bebop
Trigun
Hellsing Ova
Trinity Blood
Blood+
Elfin Lied
Ergo Proxy
Soul Eater
Black Lagoon
Berserk
Dark Than Black
Noir
Soo many more I can list but hit me up if you want some suggesting on an amine to watch.

As for Movies.
Ghost in a Shell
Paprika
Fist of the North Star
Jin Roh The Wolf Brigade
Few more should be in there but can't remember the name at the moment.

Gundam. Big robots are always great
Evangelion, the realism regarding character development is disturbing yet very enjoyable.
Amatsuki
Pokemon and Digimon. They hold a dear piece of nostalgia to me.
Yu-Gi-Oh Abridged ;)

I've personally begun READING :( more manga, then watching anime.

Anime never was and probably never will be my thing, but I do like one. Cowboy bebop.

Spice and Wolf.

Other than that, it's Toonami Imports (e.g., Gundam Wing, Tench Muyo) and 80s cartoons.

No one has mentioned Slayers or Jojo's Bizarre Adventure?

Pshaw I say, pshaw.

Favorite anime is between Full metal Alchemist, trigun, and Cowboy Bebop.

Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood
(much better than the regular version)
Wow...I COMPLETELY forgot about that. I heard it's much closer to the books? That would be great.
The only animes I've really watched (REALLY means > 50 episodes. FMA is 51, it counts!) are FMA(finished one) and D. Gray-Man(Jap. Subs, lost track around 76 or so.)
I read the manga more. FMA and D. Gray-Man(Gasp, what a surprise. No mention of the latter before.)

Code Geass just had me pumped through the entire series. One could perhaps argue it's not the best plot-wise, (especially half way into R2 where it gets rather convoluted), but it's still entirely entertaining, none the less. Probably would consider it my favorite, so far.

Death Note was pretty entertaining, at least through episode 25. Once it got to the Near/Mello stage, it started losing steam, in my opinion. Still a great one as far as psychological thrillers go.

Other ones I'd consider worth mentioning in the same breath:
Elfen Lied
Hellsing
Gantz (Though, manga > anime in this case)
Full Metal Alchemist

If you're looking for more Comedy, Romance (or both):
The (Melancholy/Disappearance) of Haruhi Suzumiya (If E8 doesn't kill you...)
Clannad / AS
Lucky Star
Toradora!

I'm sure there are a lot more I forgot to mention... Ah well. Anyone have any anime suggestions give the above list? I'm always looking for a good story...
