It's really simple, and I did it at school, just edited the background with a filter.

Looks good, but did you individually color each and then use the filter, or just use a filter?

First, I pixilated thi background, then I filtered it.

Do you know any good sites to download brushes?

No, I don't. I don't even have Photoshop. I am not paying $400 dollars for it, I just use Gimp.

Another simple one. I just used a splatter brush, with different colors, and put my name in.
