not bad at all also if your on teh border of wanted to see it or not go see it but if your not really interested at all then dont bother. i dunno how many people here saw it but in my opinion is was good and held my interest

yeah, I just went and saw the movie tonight. Overall I thought it was a pretty good, about what I was expecting. The animation was top notch.

Animation was amazing, but the story was not good at all. They hollywooded the story up to much, I mean come on Beowulf sleeping with the sea hag and the son is a dragon?

Beowulf is an excellent animated movie. The sea hag was no hag, btw. The animation was the best I've seen yet. There were parts where it really looked like the actors were real, but a respected member of eGO assures me it was all animated. Beowulf is a fantastic heroic tale and this movie does it justice. Go see it.

how is the movie? I have heard some good stuff and the whole 3d mixed with like real time is pretty awesome. out of 5 stars how many would you give it?

I would probably give it a 3 1/2 stars out of 5. I think it was done alittle differently then the final fantasy movie, Bewolf was filmed with the actors, then they went back and made them digital(I'm not sure if FF movie did this as well). If you were to check it out, theatres would be the best way to go.

it was ok..
the fight with the dragon was the part i liked the most, reminded me of something from the God of War games.
