Here's a dumb question: Do I have to have ventrilo to participate? Or will there be any communication via writing? I want to be at the meeting, but do not have ventrilo or a mic.

yes, you'll need ventrilo to join the meeting. sometimes the meetings are recorded and posted at a later date, but it doesn't always happen, so if you want to hear what's going on your best bet is to be there
