Batman Begins > The Dark Knight

I have to disagree with you on this one. While TDK in no where near as good as people have made it out to be, I think its on par with Batman Begins.

I heared a few months ago that the makers of Gears Of War, are going to make a movie, any recent news about that?

Yeah, Len Wiseman is set to direct the film. He is the guy who did Live Free or Die Hard and Underworld. The script is currently going under-rewrites by Billy Ray, whose latest film was State of Play.

Oh and it's being produced by a guy, who if I met him in public I would punch him in the face.

I used to be on the hype train for TDK until i watched it and realized how bad the dialog was. Don't get me wrong it was a great movie but I liked the character development and the story more in the first one.

However the second one had amazing action and was thoroughly entertaining.

Hmm I'd have to say Avatar and Inglorious Bastards are good, but Forgetting Sarah Marshall is the best movie ever!

I used to be on the hype train for TDK until i watched it and realized how bad the dialog was. Don't get me wrong it was a great movie but I liked the character development and the story more in the first one.

However the second one had amazing action and was thoroughly entertaining.

I never hopped on that train. When a film is dubbed the best film of all time I'm usually the first to call BS. I liked The Dark Knight, but has a lot glaring flaws.

I suppose my biggest problem when comparing the two is that Batman Begins is predominantly centered around Batman and Bruce Wayne...which means centered around Christian Bale. Who is more and more proving to me that he is not that great actor I initially thought he was.

Yeah, It's being directed by Sam Raimi (Spiderman, Evil Dead & Drag Me To Hell) and the script is being hammered out by Robert Rodat (Saving Private Ryan). It also looks like Blizzard has total creative control on the project.

He isn't what he used to be in films like Psycho and The Machinist.

I think the Warcraft movie has potential. I am a huge fan of the Evil Dead trilogy and Drag Me to Hell was one of the best films of the year.

Hopefully it will be good, i played a lot of warcraft 3 and i really did enjoy the story, never got into it as an MMO though

Curious to see what direction they will go.
