Hijacked Account

Hi everybody. Dr. Tran here.

Apparently, after signing up for a community with -=e=- lil erich, my account was hijacked (potentially connected, no accusations or confirmations). Everyone should be careful about joining communities. I just wanted to let everyone know, if there are any malicious actions or inappropriate behaviors, I am no longer in control of that account. I will notify the clan as soon as I regain access. Thanks for understanding.

That sucks.....any community I don't know and I get invited to I don't join so word to the wise. If I may how did they steal your account info just from joining?

For your information, the community was supposedly created by lil erich, who is a good in-game friend of mine. Therefore, I did not think twice about joining "his" community. I was not logged into "steam community" at the time so it requested my login as usual. I think it was a bogus login request perhaps.

Thanks for the heads up, Lil E. I notified Valve and they have restored my account. Apparently, it was sold by someone named "golden234" to someone named "FREQU3NcY". What a great way to start the new year. LOL.

So everything should be back to normal per se and I'll be seeing you all in Flash.
