Need some help testing an elevator

Hi,

I have built what I think is a usable elevator for multiplayer source games.

It does not use the func_tracktrain so I do not think it will be laggy.

One of the key points is that it works like a real elevator does, if someone hits a button the elevator does not just start going to that floor, it adds that floor to the list of stops it needs to make and it keeps doing what it was doing before the button was hit.

I think this could be a really cool feature for a INS map (which I am working on), where the map is set in a 5 or 6 story building.

Right now I need a handful of people who can spend about 20 - 30 minutes to help me test it and see if it is really laggy or they get stuck in the elevator or have other problems. I am available on the weekends or in the evenings (California Time) and would just host it on my PC and give out the IP so you guys can join. From there I'd like my testers to just start hitting buttons and ride the elevator, and see what happens. Ideally we could have 2 or 3 people all online at the same time, so we can each go to different floors and really stress test it out.

Please reply to this thread with your availability and your steam so I can add you to my friends and get in touch with you. Ideally, we would set this up for sometime tomorrow, maybe midday or evening.

Anyways, thanks in advance anyone who wants to help out, believe me it is appreciated!

Cheers,

Jake (Trackball)

I'd absolutely would love to test this out. I also have a server if you need one to test on.
