Inferno Strategies

So with the new Inferno server comes a lot of new strategies. First off, not having full money has really put a monkey wrench into my playing style so could someone offer tips as to how to spend wisely...and most importantly on how to deal with those annoying awps and auto snipers? =_=" ughhh LOLL
 
buy a deagle, i play better with a deagle then say an AK

oohh an try not to die that alwayz works :)
 
first i would like to start off with saying... when low on money... buy kevlar first then a pistol you know you could use, then build off that if you have more (such as nades). for me, a primary is one of the last things i buy. As for the awps and autos, get used to using them yourself or jsut practice your aim so you can hit them before they can hit you... sadly you can not avoid them.

my strategy is to just avoid inferno altogether... haha jk.

on a serious side, after the first round kevlar/helmet should always be your first purchase. Second purchase should always be a handy dandy pistol (deagle for me), then from there it's up to you. i don't usually get grenades, i just go with a primary. but some people use grenades then primaries.

Best way to avoid snipers is to bait your teammates so you know where they are :P
 
Ok well this is what i do for money i usually can afford a awp if we win the round. Bet Team all go spectator get another 800 bucks so then. If you win the bet you get 1600+ the cash u get for the bet. Then when round starts You get a bonus of some cash which i dont know how much . usually i have around 3200 bucks every new round. Idk if this is against the rules in our servers, but no one complains so I just do it.
 
swat im not sure if you played in eGO servers when they had 800 dollars for all servers. and we had a bank system. i got used to 800 that way. one thing i do is just sacrifice ONE round and just use the pistol they give you and go through a round that way. or also you can go around with that pistol and keep an eye on the radar and when a team mate dies go to their location and get their gun. so far this plan has worked out pretty good for me. one more thing i would like to say get into the habit of betting. even the bank system is a lot better in my opinion betting is the quickest way to get money apart from killing people.
 
I like all these Ideas... Espeically Bandgeeks with the whole sacrifice one round and get a great gun the next...
 
im used to having 800 at start, i used to scrim a lot, and when im on inferno, i usually deagle for some reason, pick up guns, and awp once in awhile XD
 
usually just start out with a deagle and pick up weapons as u go - easy to save money that way :D
 
Though this isnt about the 800... the best thing you can do in Inferno is learn all of the noises that are triggered all over the map. They really tell you where people are. To learn em, start your own server on Inferno and just cruise around. Pay attention to the background noises. Wood groaning, a shortwave radio, dog barking etc. There are a lot of noises that really help your Inferno experience.
 
i dont get why you would buy armour first a gun is a much more useful buy get armour last it doesnt keep you alive much more than without and if you have an ak instead of a glock you wont need it
