game kicking me

hi ive been trying to play and i keep getting kicked it says "service communication failer- pnkbstra.exe" this just started happening after i tried to download a movie then i reinstalled punkbuster and nothing

As KillZone said, this should be in tech help (this isn't eGO blocking you, this is punkbuster not being able to connect to its authentication server), but as a point of investigation try opening up your game files and manually updating punkbuster. I used to play Americas Army and I remember from that that punkbuster could be a pain about updating itself sometimes. And if that doesn't work (sorry can't tell you how to do it because I A. haven't done it in so long, and B. don't own CoD), try running the game as an administrator (if playing on windows 7 or on Vista), that solved a couple of other punkbuster issues for me that I had back in the day

EDIT: Also make sure that your firewall is set to let punkbuster and CoD through and is not blocking or hindering either of them in any way.
