When i recruit

this is what i usually do after i recruit someone.

most of the time if i here a younger person on mic 13-16 i might ask them because they might be more willing and our messages will have more of an impact. if i do recruit younger members which i have. I look out for them check their chat logs and stuff and if i see a few minor problems i just say hey please stop doing what your doing you can get in some trouble. I try to let it mellow its self out if not, I go to an advisor because they can swiftly deal with it.

I know i shouldnt but i feel a obligation to look out for my recruits: check their chat logs, past names, etc

Very good point! but its not just new recruits that you got in the clan but all of your fellow members. EGO members are to fully follow our rules 100%. We have been noticing allot of members acting out and breaking rules.

Demotion,Temp Bans will take effect if this keeps up, so please all help each other and especially new recruits follow EGO RULES.

Same here, but I've been so inactive as a recruiter the past 3-4 months. Hopefully this Mentorship program works out, it seems as if it will be taking care of all of the recruits that the A|Rs bring in. Giving us (recruiters) a more specialized job.
