They are just more organized, Team 2 went against them in ESL and we have beaten them before,

TEAMS NEED TO PRACTICE MORE!

What you should do is if you see your team members in server, try to play in the same team and work together, only way you will get better is to work together and as a TEAM!

like drunkenfetus said, practising together as a team and strats planning is important, you need to plan out positions and get communication going, sometimes that can make the difference. No team is unbeatable.

Personally I'd like to see an A team from ego as splitting some of the better players into different teams doesn't help either

It will happen once i get the league going better. Right now there is too many holes that need my attention.

Well the ego DOD division playing INS versus USMC in the warmup was utterly lopsided towards the USMC guys as most of the dod team only plays once in awhile but we had fun in putting our side of the clan out there, just asking Where are the cs:s and tf2 , cod guys at? we demand satisfaction! lol, its all good.

just hit me in vent or steam

Last night in advance weapons training class i suggested we do some room clearing drills and it was a very good idea we had lots of fun and got some nice pratice only problem was i guess i suggested it to late or something in class because only 5 of the 20 or so people that where originally there stay to train the rest went back to vent to talk about youtube bum fights!

Room clearing drills seems like a waste of time.. INS is a too fast to be doing that

Only way to get better is by improving individual skills by playing more 5v5 organized scrims with good communication like calling out kills and clear naming of positions and areas that you all understand.

Also watching some of the demo's from better teams like EU ESL are good in finding out how to play a map and possible positions to take, because what you do in scrims is totally different on how you would play in pub, you have to make sure you have all the initial positions covered.

if you lack individual skill playing against a certain team, a defensive play as in holding back and letting the opposite side push while you camp and kill can work well on some maps, it's very easy to do.. all you need to do is camp it up (in smart spots) call out your kills then move up when u know that more than half of the opposite team is down. of course some maps you can't do this but generally it works very well.

I remember one or two teams doing that quite a bit in the ANZINS comp back in the day. A much more innocent time... Or frustrating perhaps.
I'd lol if both teams did that to each other at the same time and it was a couple of minutes before either team started to push. Be even funnier if they both pushed at the same time. It'd be the insurgency equivalent of when you step in front of someone, then you both try to move out of the other person's way at the same time and end up in each other's way again.
