Help with internet connection Problem.

My internet connection Goessss reallly slowwww randomly around 5:30 pacific time. I contacted my Internet provider and they said im getting a low connection some how. They didn't really help. When I go On Cs:s everything is fine except I can't use my mic at all and every1 says it cuts off,also cant talk in vent, but can hear just fine.
Anyone have any ideas why this is happening and how i can fix? :confused1:

what kinda of connection cable?

with some isp's your speed can slow down at peak hours if there are a lot of people in your area with the same isp and all on at the same time and after dinner 5 to 7ish seems to be the busy time.

but that olny happens on cable connections.
