My laptop's GPU seems to be overheating.

Its not shutting down on me but when i play it lags me out for about 30-60 seconds at random.

I've blown out my laptop with compressed air can thing. I'm using a cooling mat as well.
The cooling mat is a dual fan one. I tried speed fan and i don't get fan control options.

I've totally run out of ideas on how to fix this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Most times, I would tell you to add a cooling mat or blow it out. It seems, however, that you've tried all the quick-fix options already! You may need to open your laptop up and mess with the cooling fins on your heatsink.

Many times, dust and other insulating particles can become stuck on the cooling system and on the components that are cooled by the heatsink. It really depends on your model of laptop when it comes to ease-of-access. Most laptops, however, only require the removal of the keyboard to access the heatsink assembly.

If you are uncomfortable opening your machine, then I can't help you much. If you would like to give it a shot, let me know! I'd be more than happy to sit with you and walk you through the process.

Also....grab an old toothbrush. You'll need it for this!
